In 1988 the existing 2CV Citroën was modified into the utility version in the markings of « La Poste ». The success of this kit subsequently led to the creation of a fully fledged line of utility vehicle kits.
En 1989 l'ai restait aux déclinaisons et le Potez 54 fut modifié en un Potez 62 civil, continuant ici la gamme d'avions de ligne de l'entre deux-guerres.
In 1989 the mood was still to variants of existing kits, so on the basis of the Potez 54 was produced a Potez 62. This kit added itself to the growing line of between the wars airliners produced by Heller
En 1990 Heller produisit un « classique » de la voiture de l'entre deux-guerres avec la Renault Juvaquatre. Ce kit fut ultérieurement décliné en une version militaire au 1/35 !

Toujours en 1990 , Heller réédita sa gamme de figurines au 1/12 dérivée des BD et romans à succès « Bob Morane » en y ajoutant 3 nouveaux personnages : le Crapaud , Aude de Machelouve et Tania Orloff
Still in 1990 Heller reissued its line of 1/12 figures based on the successfull graphic novels / novels series « Bob Morane ». 3 new figures were added : le Crapaud (from a race of toad-like humanoid aliens) , Aude de Machelouve (a chirurgically altered « toad ») and Tania Orloff (Mr Ming's niece)

Les modèles « Army of the world » furent aussi produits au 1/72 dans un type de boite très épuré rappelant une grande marque japonaise. Ici l'ARL 44 commercialisé en 1992

En 1993 Heller essaya avec la Matford 13CV d'introduire des sujets civils « compatibles » avec du militaire, donc au 1/35. Deux autres kits suivirent : la Traction et la Juvaquatre mais ce ne fut pas un succès
In 1993 Heller tried to produce « civilian » subjects but from a period and at a scale that would fit military interests. Three kits were produced : the Matford 13CV , the Traction and the Juvaquatre but the idea was not successfull.
L'année précédente Monogram ayant été racheté par Revell, la bibliothèque de moules Aurora fut mise en vente par les nouveaux propriétaires. Humbrol et Heller la rachetèrent et ne perdirent pas de temps à créer dès 1994 une nouvelle ligne « Bobcat » pour des maquettes simples de sujets éducatifs .
The preceding year had seen the buying out of Monogram by Revell and the sale of the Aurora tooling library by the new owners. Humbrol and Heller teamed up to buy it and quickly in 1994 created the « Bobcat » line to issue simple and educational subjects , mostly taken from the Aurora tooling library.

En 2005 Heller commercialisa un coffret à thème guerre civile américain couplant des figurines Airfix à des modèles de véhicules nouveaux au 1/72
In 2005 Heller issued a big gift set themed about the US Civil war . It used Airfix figures coupled with all-new 1/72 kits of famous vehicles of that war.
Toujours en 2005 , mettant à profit la disponibilité d'un Mirage 2000 au 1/48 dans sa gamme Heller commercialisa un set contenant deux de ces kits dans leur décoration du film « les Chevaliers du Ciel » sorti cette année-là. Le coffret incluait aussi le dossier de presse du film
Having in its range a readily available Mirage 2000 in 1/48 , Heller reboxed two of these kits in a single gift-set in 2005 as a tie-in with the movie « les Chevaliers du ciel ». The set also included the press-book for the movie.
En 2006 , probablement en réponse au succès de l'U-boot Revell commercialisa un kit au 1/72 du fameux Casabianca à cette échelle.

In 2009 Heller launched a new licensed series based on the Clive Cussler novels with the reissue of the Suroit as a NUMA ship , a mini-diorama « Raise the Titanic » built around a small Titanic kit and the only true new tooling for this series : the Sub-Vette from the novel « the Navigator »
